Totes ma-goats—it’s Divine Intervention!
This is from Traffic Cam Watch, on YouTube: “[FULL VIDEO] Goats invade I-64 in Chesapeake, Virginia”.
At about 0:37, the camera pans to show what appear to be state troopers dealing with what appears to be a small group of goats. There is a sound barrier around them. They are near the High Rise Bridge, on the side of Interstate 64.
There doesn’t appear to be any video where someone with a truck unloads goats by the side of the road.
It’s being channeled to me that the Creator made them appear, miraculously, at the side of I-64 in Chesapeake, near your Washington, D.C./Langley/Fairfax federal government headquarters.
